A 1:1 SERVICE WITH CONNECTION

We will begin the process with learning some coping skills to help you handle your current life events as we begin to do a deep dive into the origins of your present-day difficulties. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents age 15+ dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. I use an ample range of therapeutic tools and methodologies that will be specifically catered to your needs.


Mindfullness - Based Cognitive Therapy

I believe that mindfulness is our way through most of life’s difficulties. I love sharing with clients how the act of being truly present to your moment is beneficial and then teaching you how to transform your life by implementing these practices. Imagine if you were able to unblock yourself. See where you're stuck, where it comes from, and consciously choose to put the work in to rewire your brain in a way that helps you live the experience you want to create. This is for those looking to grow in their relationship with their own selves, and have a  spiritual interest.


Hypnotherapy

GOOD FOR THOSE WHO FEEL CONSISTENTLY STUCK

This is a heart-centered holistic method, which allows the client to do deep inner healing while re-wiring our self-limiting, subconscious beliefs.  Our core subconscious belief systems are ingrained in us between the ages of 0-8; hypnotherapy allows easy access to our subconscious mind and allows the client to gain awareness of limiting life patterns.  The client is guided to release painful emotions and heal the inner child while re-programming positive and useful belief systems.

If you find yourself consistently being stuck in habit loops, not recognizing your self-worth, having core beliefs about yourself and others that are unwanted but you cannot shake, having unwanted deep feelings and behavior patterns, a history of trauma, addiction, disordered eating, and even chronic disease, this mode of therapy is for you!
